Once you have found a product you would like to buy, when viewing that product, click on the "add to cart" button. If that product has any options, such as colour or size, ensure you chose an option first before clicking the add to cart button. You will then be taken to the Shopping Basket page, that shows you all of the products you have currently requested to buy. When you have finished adding products, click the "checkout" button. If you have not already logged in, you will be asked to either sign in or create a new free account. After doing this, you will then be taken to the shipping page, please read each shipping option carefully, as they are all different and each has unique features (such as higher postage compensation rates).
Once you are happy with your shipping selection, click the continue button at the bottom. You will then be taken to the payment page, where you can choose to pay by debit or credit card using our secure system, or via Paypal and finally you can choose Cheque or Postal order if you do not have a debit or credit card. The final step is the confirmation page, this allows you to double check your order and ensure everything is correct (such as your billing & shipping address details). By clicking the Confirm Order button at the bottom this will now submit your order and confirm your purchase. Please ensure you understand the shipping & dispatch time scales to avoid dissapointment.

And usually it takes two workdays by UPS or FEDEX,three to four workdays by DHL,four to five workdays by EMS.
Shipping is calculated by the website and it goes on weight and size of an order, if you put your products in your basket it will give you the exact shipping costs before you proceed to pay.
We ship worldwide and if you would like to find out how much it will cost, firstly add the products you wish to buy to your basket and then proceed to the checkout, the first page you come to is the shipping page and this will tell you exactly how much shipping will cost, and you can check the shipping before commiting to a purchase.
All dispatch and shipping times vary per product. We recommend you read the product description to find out timescales involved. Some products have to be sent to us from our storage warehouse and can take 12 hours to reach us, we then ship your order out the moment we recieve it. This delay is known as the "despatch time".
Depending where you live in the world will also affect delivery times. If you require a product urgently we always recommend choosing "Premium Recorded Delivery". Several other factors can affect the delivery times, including postal strikes, bank holidays, post going missing in the Royal Mail system, mis-directed mail, ordering on a weekend (orders placed on a weekend are shipped out on a monday). Please always allow up to at least 5 days for your product to arrive. In the mean time you can still track the status of your order using the track & trace system, if you were to ring us, this is all we could do at our end.
