As stated in our terms and conditions, if you colour, glue, perm, or treat the hair in anyway, we do not gaurentee the quality will remain the same and we cannot offer refunds if you do this.

All of the colours we stock are either listed in the product description or in the available options drop down box, on the products page. If you don't see a colour listed, then we do not currently stock it. You can still contact us to ask about a certain colour, but chances are, we won't be able to get it. Try searching our colour charts for similar colours.

For synthetic braids and dreadlocks you will need between 6 and 12 packets depending on the thickness your hair is and the thickness you require. For human hair Pre Bonded Extensions you will need between 150 and 200 strands For Wefts and Clip in sets 1 to 2 packets will be needed again depending on how thick the required style is.

Clip in sets can take 5 to 10 minutes to apply yourself. Wefts and prebonded hair should be applied by a professional extensionist and can take anywhere between 2 and 4 hours. Braids and Dreads can take between 3 and 6 hours.

Remy hair is the finest graded human hair and is referred to as premium hair, the work remy means that all cuticles are intact and lie the same way to prevent any knotting and tangles, it will lie perfectly with your own hair and should act just the same, it can be treated in the same way as your own hair. There are two common types of Remy hair: Single Drawn - Taken directly from the scalp by shaving the head, short hairs and long hairs all together. Double Drawn - The hair is shaven and sorted out so that all strands are exactly the same length, you should not find any shorter strands in your piece, this is the most expensive and best quality remy hair. 100% Human hair is the most common and inexpensive type of hair used in extensions, its roots and tips lie in different directions so it dosent prevent the tangles from happening. Tangle free 100% human hair is often created by cutting off the cuticles or the tips reducing the chance of friction causing tangles.

The biggest difference between Chinese, Indian and Malaysian hair is their thickness and texture. Malaysian is the thinnest and closest in width to natural growing Caucasian hair. Chinese Hair is the thickest overall and tends to be course in texture. Indian hair is the most popular type found in hair systems today. It is thicker than Malaysian but much finer than Chinese remy.

Basically,these two kinds of hair are all cut from the donor's head.All hair is in the same direction.Virgin hair is with cuticle,absolutely no chemical process.Remy hair has been under chemical treatment and was taken out the cuticle.

Synthetic Hair
It is safe to treat the hair as you normally would by styling it using tongs, straightners, hairdryers etc and applying styling products like gel, mouuse, hairspray and detanglers, however we do not advise that colouring or perming should be done as it can cause serious damage as it does with your very own natural hair and if this process is to take placen, then it should only be done by professional hairdressers and stylists.

Washing lightly in luke warm water and only applying specially produced hair extensions shampoos, conditioners and products should keep your extension hair feeling and looking like new for a prolonged period of wear, combing and washing should be kept to a minimum and professional restyling and reapplication of hair should be seeked every 2-3 months.

Yes you can, however we always recommend you use a certified professional to ensure they put in successfully and look great for longer.

Human hair extensions should last upto 3 months before they need reapplying, if they are looked after correctly then they will keep there quality and can be used time and time again. Synthetic hair braids and dreads will last a couple of weeks before they need to be removed or reapplied.
